Payment FAQ's

What kind of information do I have to provide?

You need to provide us with some contact information like your email address and name as well as billing information.

Do you take any deposits?

We do not hold any security deposit on you credit card.

How and when do I get charged and billed?

Choose 2 Rent is a pre-paid service. You can pay your invoice online or submit the signed payment authorization in advance. All transactions are done through credit cards. We accept Visa and Master Card, American Express, JCB and Discover.

Do I get an invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email before the rental period begins.

What if I need to cancel my rental?

You may cancel any reservation. We do not charge any penality if you notify us up to two weeks in advance. For cancelations up to 72 hours prior to your designated delivery date we charge 50% of the order value.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accapt all major credit cards. (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Discover)
